Princess Beatrice's Husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi Called Her "The Best Mother in the World"

It's Princess Beatrice's 34th birthday today, and, naturally, the royal is receiving plenty of online love wishing her many happy returns. Of course, one of the people sending the princess public well-wishes is her husband, Edoardo "Edo" Mapelli Mozzi, who shared a charming post to his Instagram in honor of his wife's big day.

"You are the world's best wife," Edo wrote in the caption on a photo of Beatrice smiling in the sunshine. "Along with this, you are the best mother in the world. We love you so very much. Happy birthday my darling."

It's been an eventful few years for the happy couple. Though Edo proposed to Beatrice on a trip to Italy in 2019, the couple's planned wedding was scaled down to a private ceremony in Windsor on July 2020 due to the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following year, they welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Sienna Elizabeth. Along with Sienna, the couple also co-parent Edo's son from a previous relationship Christopher Woolf "Wolfie" Mapelli Mozzi, who made his first official appearance with the royal family during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year.

Of course, Edo wasn't the only royal to wish Beatrice a happy birthday on social media this year—her famously social-savvy sister Princess Eugenie also shared a series of photos of them together, writing, "Happy Birthday to my special big sissy. Love you so much."
