Principal charged with sexual exploitation
A charge of internet luring has been laid against the principal of P.E.I.'s Kensington Intermediate Senior High School.
Terry Irving Foster, 41 of Summerside, faces one count of using a computer to facilitate the sexual exploitation of a young person.
Papers filed in Summerside court say the alleged offence took place between Dec. 6 and 12, 2012.
Foster has been a staff member at KISH for about 10 years. He is not currently working in his role as principal.
He is scheduled to appear in Summerside provincial court Jan. 31 to answer the charge.
