Province reels from impact of B.C.'s historic storm

Large parts of B.C. remain underwater Tuesday afternoon. The rain may have stopped, but the recovery from historic floods will take time. Thousands of lives are disrupted. Residents in three communities are facing ruinous loss --major highways are blocked. And as Emily Lazatin reports, the Lower Mainland is effectively cut off from the rest of Canada.
