There's reason to up your pumpkin game this fall.
Aside from serving as home-décor this season, consider eating these orange squashes, as they can also boost the nutritional value of your daily diet, according to nutritionist Diane Murphy.
Murphy says pumpkins are full of fibre, rich in vitamin A, and bursting with flavour.
Her pro-tip is to “look for the smaller sugar pumpkins -- they have closed grained flesh" and "also bring a ton of more flavour."
Murphy suggests steaming or baking pumpkins. You can also blend them into an easy fall soup.
