Quebec law office shooting leaves 2 with serious injuries

A man and a woman suffered serious injuries after a suspect opened fire inside of the Côté-Gosselin law office in Terrebonne, Que.

The shooting happened on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. ET on Montée des Pionniers, next to the Pierre-Le Gardeur Hospital.

The Sûreté du Québec has not yet revealed the identity of the victims or what the motive may have been.

Investigators are speaking with witnesses to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

Police have not yet made any arrests.

A large security perimeter is still in place around the office building.
