Quebec to be placed under curfew for four weeks starting Saturday

Quebec Premier Francois Legault said the province will be placed under a curfew starting Saturday as the number of new COVID-19 cases continues to rise. Quebecers could be fined up to $6,000 if they're found on the street between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. The curfew will be in place until Feb. 8.
