Rain dampens turnout a bit, but doesn't stop Marylanders from voting early

Thursday's rain from the remnants of Hurricane Zeta couldn't stop Marylanders from voting early, but it did dampen turnout a bit. Since early voting began Monday in Maryland, long lines outside polling places have become familiar sights. Despite the deluge on day four of early voting, 86,263 Marylanders came out and cast a ballot by 4 p.m.
