RCMP investigating alleged murder of 42-year-old man from Mi'kmaq community in N.S.

MILLBROOK, N.S. — Police are investigating the killing of a 42-year-old man from a Mi'kmaq community in central Nova Scotia.

Investigators with the RCMP had reported the sudden death of a man from Sipekne'katik on Monday afternoon at a home on Glooscap Drive in Millbrook, N.S.

The police force said today in a news release the death has been ruled a homicide.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact them.

The RCMP's news release, however, provides few details about the circumstances of the death.
