RCMP recover 29 stolen firearms in Red Deer raids

Police in Red Deer have charged two people with numerous offences after dozens of stolen firearms were recovered.

RCMP carried out two search warrants, on Nov. 5 and Nov. 22.

Officers seized 29 firearms, most of which had been reported stolen.

Other items of stolen property were also recovered.

A man and a woman face almost 150 criminal charges, RCMP said.
