RCMP vehicle involved in crash near Brooks
An RCMP vehicle was involved in a crash near Brooks Sunday morning after responding to a disturbance complaint.
A member of the Brooks RCMP was driving the marked vehicle around 9:10 a.m. MT, travelling eastbound on Cassils Road. At the intersection of Second Street West, a southbound car collided with the RCMP vehicle.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to the Brooks Hospital with minor injuries and have since been released.
RCMP collision reconstructionists from Calgary and Lethbridge were dispatched to the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
