Real estate bros schmooze and squabble in first Million Dollar Beach House trailer

NETFLIX

Netflix is hitting the Hamptons.

The streaming service just dropped the first trailer for its new reality series Million Dollar Beach House. The show takes audiences inside the glamorous real estate market of the upscale Long Island hamlets — and the drama between the brokers who list the homes.

From the looks of the trailer, there'll be plenty of schmoozing and squabbling going on between open houses — all in the name of that hefty commission check. As we learn from the clip, "In a perfect world, [the brokers] will break $1 million a year in commission." Damn.

The show centers on the agents at Nest Seekers, a brokerage that reps the most lavish properties on the South Fork, as they get busy selling mansions between Memorial Day and Labor Day and try to appease unhappy sellers along the way. Think Selling Sunset, but on the other coast and with added bros.

Million Dollar Beach House opens its doors Aug. 26. Watch the trailer above.
