Regina George's Mean Girls mansion up for sale

Regina George was wealthy beyond imagination in the film Mean Girls.

She had a $10,000 insurance policy on her hair, modeled in car commercials in Japan and even once met John Stamos on a plane, according to the gossip from North Shore High School. She also lived in a luxurious mansion.

Regina George — played by Torontonian Rachel McAdams in the 2004 comedy — along with her wealth is of course fictional. But her mansion in the film is very real, and it's located in Toronto.

Auction house Sotheby's International has listed the mansion featured in the hit comedy for $14.8 million.

The home is located in an unnamed Chicago suburbs in the 2004 movie, but it's actually on the Bridle Path in Toronto. The mansion has 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a six-car garage, an oversized pool and regulation-size tennis court and a stone coach house.
