According to Rentboard.ca the average rent price for a one bedroom in Cambridge is $1429, but local real estate agents say that rentals are getting more competitive causing a price increase. Due to a high demand for suburban bedroom communities during the pandemic, some rentals are entering bidding war territory with apartments going over $100 on the asking price according to local real estate agents.
