The Toronto Raptors made a pair of minor signings to address end-of-bench depth on Wednesday.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Raptors signed journeyman point guard Cameron Payne to a non-guaranteed two-year deal.

Payne, a 6-foot-3 playmaker, enjoyed a strong showing this past month in Summer League, averaging 20 points and four assists as a member of the Dallas Mavericks, and will battle for a reserve guard spot. He was drafted 14th overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2016, but has since logged time with the Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers around several trips to the G League.

The Raptors have also added former Washington Wizards forward Devin Robinson to a non-guaranteed deal, per Blake Murphy of The Athletic.

Robinson spent the past two seasons on a two-way contract with the Wizards, but he spent the majority of his time playing in the G League. The 6-foot-8 forward profiles as an above-the-rim finisher, and averaged 15 points and six rebounds in the G League while shooting 52 percent from the field and 36 percent from deep.

The signings of Robinson and Payne bring Toronto to 19 contracts in advance of training camp. Toronto can cut that figure down to 18 if it chooses to part ways with Malcolm Miller, who has a guarantee deadline on his contract for next season slated for July 24.
