The former President has been super wishy-washy about doing another debate, telling Fox News, "When a fighter loses, they say, ‘I want a rematch. I won the debate. I don’t know that I want to do another debate."

Then, yesterday, he said once and for all he wasn't going to do it: "THERE WILL BE NO THIRD DEBATE!"
