Kylie Jenner slammed for allegedly leaving measly tip on lavish meal: 'Why am I not surprised'
Julia Carolan, a TikTok user who once worked as restaurant hostess in New York City, is going viral for creating a series of videos in which she assesses her celebrity encounters based on how nice the celebrities were.
She gives each personality a score on a scale of 1 to 10 — and reveals quite a bit of information about some of the most famous people in the world in the first video alone.
Gigi and Bella Hadid earned a perfect 10/10.

“These two are literally so nice, I cannot say enough things about them,” Carolan said. They’re super polite and friendly with staff, which unfortunately is rare for celebrities.”
Carolan then accused Jenner of leaving a measly tip on her lavish meal and gave her a 2/10.
“She was fine but she tipped $20 on a $500 dinner bill. Do with that information what you will,” Carolan said.
Fans slammed Jenner’s alleged behavior in the comments.
“Kylie tipped 20 dollars and she’s the ‘youngest billionaire,'” one user wrote.
“Why am I not surprised about Kylie tipping 20 dollars,” another said.

Perhaps the most dramatic reveal overall, though, came after Carolan gave Hailey Bieber a 3.5/10.
“This is gonna be controversial,” she said. “I’ve met her a handful of times and every time she was not nice. I really wanna like her.”
Bieber heard about the video and reached out in the comments.
“Just came across this video, and wanted to say sorry if I’ve ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude,” she wrote. “That’s not ever my intention!”
Carolan’s first video was viewed more than 12 million times. She continued her viral streak with a second post — but in that one, her ratings are more heartwarming than anything.
She gave Josh Peck a 10/10, Nick Jonas a 8/10 and Beyonce a 100000000/10.
Kendall Jenner scored a 4/10, and Carolan noted that she was usually “cold” to staff and had people speak for her.
