  • Dorit Kemsley from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, 45, just showed off her toned abs at the People's Choice Awards.

  • She rocked a black dress with major cutouts on the green carpet.

  • Stability ball workouts and her own home cooking help Dorit stay in shape.

RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley made some serious waves at the 2021 People's Choice Awards. The mom of two, 45, stunned in a long, black gown with deep side cutouts—and her washboard abs were on full display.

Dorit posted a quick video from the green carpet on her Instagram, and friends and fans in the comments were blown away. "Body ody ody!!!! 🔥🔥🔥," one fan wrote, while someone else added, "Ok, body for days👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥."

Dorit's co-star Lisa Rinna and RHOC alum Tamra Judge added plenty of their own fire emojis. And, all Paris Hilton had to say was: "That’s hot🔥."

And, her upper body muscles are killer.

So, just how does Dorit stay in such great shape? After fans couldn't stop asking about her fitness tips on one of her Instagram posts, the RHOBH star delivered.

Cardio is a big part of Dorit's routine. "I do some type of movement treadmill, a hike, yoga or Pilates and I'm on the go from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep," she shared. "I have a treadmill and a trampoline in my bedroom."

Sometimes, Dorit's kids (Jagger, 7, and Phoenix, 5) even get in on her trampoline time:

She's also a fan of stability ball workouts—on a Chanel ball, of course.

As for her diet, Dorit likes cooking simple meals for her family. "I like to eat healthy. I start my day with hot water and lemon. Then fresh celery juice and coffee," she wrote on Instagram.

Throughout the day, she munches on "healthy snacks like apples and peanut butter, which my kids and I love. Or a banana with a handful of almonds are always good on-the-go snacks for me."

For dinner, the housewife whips up "salmon, chicken, brown rice, and veggies. Or a yummy soup and a nice salad." She also recently shared her favorite soup recipe, which includes chicken, barley, mushrooms, onion, carrots, and celery. "I love to be in the kitchen," Dorit shared on the Hallmark Channel, per Bravo.

"I come from a long line of women that cook. I love it, I grew up with it," she continued. "Everything I cook are family recipes that come from my mother and my grandmother, which are the best ones."

At the same time, Dorit explained that her favorite meals have to be mom-friendly. "I'm a mom on the go—I don't have much time. Just whip it up—it's 15 to 20 minutes of cooking, and then you just wait for it to be done," she said.

And, she knows when to treat herself. "I believe in moderation," Dorit added. "If I have a naughty day, I'll be really good the next day."

Now that, I can get behind. (BRB, I'm off to test out a mini trampoline workout.)
