RNC investigating alleged robbery in St. John's late Tuesday afternoon
Police were in the Elizabeth Avenue area of St. John's late Tuesday afternoon, investigating an alleged robbery at a business.
Officers were concentrating most of their efforts at a residence along the street.
Two men were put in the back of a police car shortly after 5:30 p.m.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary confirmed Wednesday that one man, 24, had been arrested.
He was held in custody overnight for a provincial court appearance Wednesday.
