A Saskatchewan brewer went head to head with ChatGPT to see who would make the best beer. Saskatoon’s 9 Mile Legacy Brewing tasked the AI chatbot to come up with an award-wining gose recipe using local ingredients and had customers test the taste against one designed by the head brewer.
