Royal Baby 2: The risks and rewards of being 'the spare' to the throne

Right after Prince George was born, his Uncle Harry vowed to ensure a life of fun for his new nephew. "He will be in a great position to give advice to Prince George's sibling," says Katie Nicholl, author of Kate: The Future Queen. "The second child has all the perks without any of the responsibilities," says Ingrid Seward, editor of Majesty magazine and author of A Century of Royal Children.
