Russia ramps up attack on Ukraine as referendums held in occupied regions

There is growing dissent on the streets of Moscow where at least 1,500 protesters have been arrested as the Kremlin orchestrates what the west has labelled “sham referendums” in rebel-held regions of Ukraine. And as Reggie Cecchini reports, Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure are being shelled as the Russian president ramps up his assault to seize more territory.
