MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Moscow city court on Tuesday rejected an appeal against a 12-and-a-half-year prison sentence by U.S. national Robert Woodland on drugs charges, the RIA news agency reported.
Woodland was sentenced in July after partially confessing to the charges.
