Earlier this summer, the Sex and the City actress, 59, shared a photo on Instagram as she celebrated her twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta's 15th birthdays. Posting a picture of a bunch of pink birthday balloons, Parker took a moment to honor her daughters in a sweet caption.
"2 divine 15 year olds. We are so lucky and we love you so. Happy birthday to our dearest Loretta and Tabitha," Parker wrote in her caption. "Celebrating you both today was pure joy. X, Mama."
In February, the couple's son James Wilkie shared some fun photos from time together at a family friend's birthday. Though it was unclear where the family was, it was somewhere where guests had to keep an eye out for hedgehogs crossing.
In one photo, James posed with the Painkillers actor. In another, his parents were in the distance, standing back-to-back with a sunset behind them.
