'Take a photo like a man with abs': Canadian influencer praised for 'normalizing mom bodies'

Sarah Nicole Landry is back with another body positive message.

On Tuesday, the Canadian influencer — better known as The Birds Papaya — took to Instagram to share a video encouraging her 2.2 million followers to be proud of their natural bodies.

In the clip, the mother-of-four posed in front of a mirror wearing a black crop top and blue underwear. She pouted her lips and posed for the camera while the words: "Take the photo like a man with abs, but instead, be a woman who is effing fire every day" appeared on the screen.

In the caption, the self love advocate told fans that they don't need to have perfect bodies in order to live life to the fullest.

"I don’t know who needs to hear this but you don’t need to have abs to show off your stomach or enjoy the heat from the fire you are," she wrote.

Landry's video was greeted with warm responses from fans who praised her for "normalizing mom bellies everywhere."

"Thank you for sharing this and for normalizing mom bellies everywhere. You're stunning and I love everything you stand for!" one follower commented.

"You have one of the most similar bodies to me that I’ve ever seen on socials. It really does help with my thinking that I’m not completely disgusting as I look at you and think you’re absolutely fire," someone else shared.

Another person wrote: "Definitely needed to hear this today."

"Yes! We love this energy!" commented another.

"Thank you for this beautiful reminder," someone else chimed in.

Landry's latest video is only one example of her body positive social media content. Last month, the "Papaya Podcast" host shared another inspirational post about embracing "every little thing" about her body.

"It is every hug I’ve ever had. Every trip I’ve ever taken. The foods I’ve tasted. The words I’ve spoken. The music I’ve danced to. The paths I’ve walked. The laughs that hurt my belly. It is the people I’ve loved. The tiny hands I’ve held. It’s every pet of a dog. Every smile on the street. Every tear shed. Every. Little. Thing," the influencer penned. "How can I be just a body? When I am a collection of life."
