Section of Highway 24 closed in Brant County following serious crash

A section of highway 24 is closed between Glen Morris Road East and Lockie Road following a three-car crash early Monday morning.

The collision happened south of Cambridge in northern Brant County around 7:30 a.m., sending one driver to hospital with “life-threatening injuries,” Brant OPP wrote on X.

Police are investigating at the scene and have not indicated when the highway will reopen.

They ask anyone who may have witnessed the accident or may have dashcam footage to call them at 1-888-310-1122.
