Police ID man killed in crash with milk tanker south of Ottawa
Ontario Provincial Police have identified the driver who was killed in a head-on crash with a milk tanker in the Winchester Springs area, about 65 kilometres southeast of Ottawa.
Neville Vincent, 67, of North Dundas Township was driving a Mini Cooper heading south on County Road 31 when, for reasons under investigation, his vehicle crossed into the north lane and collided head-on with the transport truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 44-year-old truck driver was not injured.
The OPP continue to investigate the collision.
