Halifax, N.S., resident Angus Lethbridge was shocked to see buds growing on branches he removed from a tree in his yard in October 2021.

So, are these "zombie" branches haunting Lethbridge for cutting them down?

The shocked man contacted The Weather Network to get an explanation, and reporter Nathan Coleman was able to track down the answer for him.
