Below is the recipe: Ingredients • 2 Cups shredded lettuce • 1 head cauliflower • 1 pound bacon • 1 cup mayo • 2 ½ Tablespoon apple cider vinegar • ¼ cup white sugar • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Method 1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Place in large bowl 2. Fry bacon, drain and cut or crumble into small pieces-add to cauliflower 3. Add the Parmesan cheese, shredded lettuce, vinegar, sugar and mayo into bowl and mix well. Serve immediately or make the dressing in advance and chill, then add later. Perfect for potlucks or summer BBQs. 10-15 servings. Enjoy!
