Making ends meet as a single mother is difficult enough, but over the past few years, the COVID-19 pandemic and high inflation have made things even tougher for Helena, a single mother based in Toronto. As part of Global News' "Out of Pocket" series, we are looking at how inflation is impacting Canadian families living coast to coast.
