Space race
Thank you for the article “Once ‘hidden figures,’ now Congressional Gold Medal recipients”. Had it not been for the Kevin Costner movie, I would not have known about these amazing women. The article fleshes out their story out a bit more and has resulted in a personal need to find the book “Hidden Figures”. Space exploration is the pinnacle of all human endeavors and the USA’s efforts to achieve great things in this arena were significantly enhanced by their efforts. We owe a lot to these women of color who persevered in their desire to both serve their Country and overcome a racial divide. Thank you, ladies, you made everybody proud to be American.

Aren’t most viewers of local TV getting tired of oou oou oou, amazing life yet? After several years of being subjected to this commercial, perhaps Mississippi Power could spring for a change. Thanks for being a great power company
It’s close
Even with all the off-the-wall remarks Donald Trump makes, the media slamming him every chance it gets, Trump dodging bullets and Vice President Harris promising free gifts for everyone, it shows you how popular she is. The race is basically tied.

Any person who thinks “Bidenomics” is a disaster needs to quit watching FOX News and Newsmax and listening to Donald Trump.

Another argument for the worst vice presidential pick ever being JD Vance. He just bragged in an interview that he made up “creative stories” to make his point, and then said he will continue to do so whenever he sees fit.
Oregon
Appreciate the post about Oregon having 300 non-citizens registered to vote. That’s 300 too many.
