By sharing their tips and tricks online, celebrity makeup artists have made it easier than ever to recreate your favourite looks at home. The only catch? You’ll have to be willing to shell out the cash for their top product recommendations.

While certain beauty buys can be yours following an affordable trip to the drugstore, others come from luxury brands that are decidedly more expensive. Luckily, this year’s Grammys beauty was filled with inspiration at both price points, as some of our favourite stars shared a sneak peek into their red carpet routines.

For this year’s ceremony, Priyanka Chopra worked with celeb-favourite makeup artist Mary Philips, who documented the look on Instagram. Using a range of Pat McGrath Labs and Nudestix products, the duo went for a softly smudged eye with a nude glossy lip and flawless complexion.

For the finishing touch to Chopra’s sultry look, Philips used the Pat McGrath Labs FetishEyes Mascara, which retails for a whopping $41. According to the brand’s website, this iconic formula offers eyes “fetish-worthy length, major lift, and maximum drama in one stroke.”

At the opposite end of the spectrum, “Havana” songstress Camila Cabello and celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta took the opposite approach to her red carpet look, with a full face of budget-friendly L’Oréal products. Opting for a dramatic smokey look with radiant highlighter, Ta drew attention to Cabello’s eyes with plenty of black eyeliner, eyeshadow, and voluminous lashes.

To achieve the look, they used the L'Oreal Paris Lash Paradise Washable Mascara, which is a beauty steal at just $9. The cult-classic mascara has won countless beauty awards, and is often cited as a dupe for pricey alternatives.
