Katrina Scott is proving that moms really can do it all.

The 37-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and mother-of-two strutted down the catwalk last week, despite "swelling hormones" caused by a recent IVF treatment — and fans are calling her "a true inspiration" for it.

The "Tone It UP" co-founder took to Instagram earlier this month to explain the context to her more than 425,000 followers and reveal how she acquired the opportunity in the first place.

"Where do I even start?! I’m crying as I type this," she began. I walked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway with my @si_swimsuit family and I just kept thinking, 'I hope to represent all the women out there who feel like it’s too late for them. IT’S NEVER TOO LATE."

She added that her goal was to represent all the moms out there by showing what she's capable of in the face of adversity.

"I hope to represent all the moms. You are remarkable and so strong. I hope to represent the women yearning to grow their family who may have experienced loss, and all my IVF warriors who are holding onto every month praying for their family," she wrote. "I hope to represent the women who have had the hardest year of their life and show that there’s still light and to keep your head high and your heart open."

Fans flooded the post with supportive comments, thanking Scott for her authenticity and resilience.

"Yes, mama! You did that," one person commented, while another added, "You are a true inspiration for this! Thank you so much for keeping it real. You literally look stunning either way, but we need more models like you that don't perpetuate the toxic expectations within the modelling industry."

"You’re so beautiful and inspiring! The level of strength and confidence inspires me," someone else wrote.

"So inspiring! I have endometriosis and I never feel beach-ready but this is a reminder that you always are!," one person commented.

"You are SO inspiring. Such a warrior. So proud of you!" another added.

In a subsequent interview with TODAY, Scott recalled what was really going through her head leading up to the show and opened up more about her struggles with fertility.

"With IVF, I had to have a surgery called hysteroscopy," she explained, revealing that she had previously experienced two miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy. "After that, they put you on high levels of estrogen."

She noted that hormone therapy felt like an "emotional whirlwind," and admitted that while she didn't feel bikini-ready leading up to the show, she didn't want to miss out on the opportunity.

"I didn't feel ready — [the] amount of swelling and hormones, the amount of things that were happening [with my body], but I said, 'I'm going to agree to this even though this is such a crazy time in my body,'" Scott said.
