December is finally here, and so is Spotify Wrapped 2024. Every year, the music-streaming app offers fans a deep dive into their most-played songs, artists and podcasts of their past 12 months.

The personalised feature, which launched in 2016, has become an annual viral craze thanks to people keen to share off their listening habits.

Although Wrapped is exclusive to Spotify, other streaming platforms provide alternative end of-year recaps. Whether you use Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, SoundCloud or Deezer, here's how you can relive your music journey this year.

Apple Music's alternative to Wrapped is available every month, not just once a year, making it ideal for listeners who want to dig into more data. It creates a playlist of their 100 most-played songs, called the Replay Mix, and reveals how long they've spent listening.

US singer Noah Kahan's Stick Season was the UK's most-streamed track on Apple Music this year, despite being released in 2022. The indie-folk hit beat Teddy Swims' breakout single Lose Control and Benson Boone's song Beautiful Things.

Meanwhile, alt-pop star Billie Eilish was crowned Artist of the Year. The 22-year-old said: "Since day one, Apple Music has supported my music and artistry, and I am both honoured and humbled to receive this recognition as Artist of the Year this many years into my career."

Were you "mellow", "amped" or "moody" this year? YouTube Music's Recap assigns users a "music character" that reflects their listening history, and generates a personalised musical timeline looking back at key moments from 2024. For the first time, the app also includes a rundown of subscribers' most-played podcasts.

Benson Boone's Beautiful Things was the UK's most popular song, while rapper Lay Bankz's single Tell Ur Girlfriend was the top trending track on YouTube Shorts. Lizzie Dickson, head of music at YouTube UK, said fans were "crossing genres" and "embracing sounds from every corner of the world".

Amazon Music's new answer to Wrapped, 2024 Delivered, replaces its previous feature My Year in Review. It reveals listeners' most-streamed songs, artists, playlists and podcasts, and features shareable graphics. Some listeners with Alexa devices will even get a special "thank you" message from one of their favourite musicians.

Taylor Swift was Amazon Music's most-played artist in the UK, following the success of her Eras Tour, and her latest release The Tortured Poets Department topped the album rankings. Benson Boone landed the top song slot with Beautiful Things, while MrBallen's true-crime show was the biggest podcast.

SoundCloud's revamped feature takes listeners through their year in music, highlighting their five most popular artists, tracks, genres and moods from 2024. For those feeling nostalgic, it also includes playlists filled with their favourite songs from previous years.

Hip-hop group D-Block Europe were the UK's most-streamed artist, ahead of rappers Juice Wrld and Lil Baby. The most-played song was Happier by American DJ The Blessed Madonna, beating Birds in the Sky by dance duo NewEra.

Deezer's 2024 round-up, My Deezer Year, lets users be "roasted" or "hyped-up" based on their music taste. It also includes a quiz that tests how well their friends and family know their listening habits.

Taylor Swift was named the app's most-streamed artist worldwide, beating French super-DJ David Guetta, singer-songwriter The Weeknd and Eilish. Teddy Swims' Lose Control was the most popular track globally, while Eilish's album Hit Me Hard and Soft was crowned the most-played LP.
