St. John's man booked for luring child over the internet
A St. John's man has been arrested for allegedly luring a child over the internet amid an international investigation.
Rodney Parsons, 49, was led in to provincial court in St. John's late Tuesday afternoon.
Parsons is accused of using the internet to try to lure a person under the age of 16.
The alleged offence occurred between June 2012 and December of 2014.
Parsons is supposed to have a bail hearing on Wednesday. However, more charges against him are pending.
