Raptors fans give Terrence Ross standing ovation in return
Less than one month ago, Terrence Ross said an emotional goodbye to Toronto, when he was traded to the Orlando Magic after five seasons with the Raptors.
On Monday night, the 26-year-old was back at the Air Canada Centre in his new colours but his old team made sure he felt a warm welcome home.

During the game’s first timeout, the Raptors played a video tribute and the crowd responded with a standing ovation for the Portland native. While Ross may be remembered for some inconsistent performances on the court, his former teammates were delighted to see him back.

No one was happier to see Ross than All-Star DeMar DeRozan. The duo spent five seasons together in Toronto, coinciding with the Raptors arrival as an elite team in the East.

Even the usually tough as nails Dwane Casey, who at times buried Ross on the bench for his Jekyll and Hyde play, had fond memories of his former player.
