In 2018, his adminstration then imposed, albeit briefly, a 25% tariff on Canadian steel products. That has some attending a steel construction industry conference in Calgary talking about what will happen if Trump follows through on a campaign promise to bring in more tariffs.
Some critics also pointed out a potential flub in the image he shared.
