Subway closed between King and St. Andrew stations this weekend

You won't be able to get to Union Station by subway this weekend.

There is no service between St. Andrew and King stations on April 1 and April 2 due to track work.

All trains on Line 1 will turn back northbound at King Station and northbound at St. Andrew.

Shuttle buses will not be running during the closure.

On its website, the Toronto Transit Commission says customers looking to travel northbound on Line 1 are "encouraged to use the PATH or take the 504 King streetcar route to travel between the affected stations."

However, Wheel-Trans busses will be operating between King and St. Andrew stations upon request.

Anyone travelling southbound on the Yonge side of Line 1 who requires an elevator should get off the train at Queen Station, the TTC says. Passengers can then speak to a staff member to request the Wheel-Trans bus.
