Ukraine's Sumy has been forced to turn on backup power to critical infrastructure facilities following a mass Russian Shahed drone attack, Sumy City Military Administration head, Oleksiy Drozdenko, reported,

Power to water supply and hospitals will be fully provided by backup power.

Invincibility points (places where heat, water, electricity, mobile communication, food, etc. are provided) are operational throughout the city.
