Supreme Court rules in favour of Quebec comedian who mocked child singer

In a 5-4 split decision, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled comedian Mike Ward did not breach free speech limits for mocking former child singer Jérémy Gabriel. The court found Gabriel was chosen as a target not because of his disability, but because of his fame.
