On Thursday, Oct. 31, the couple shared a series of photos in a joint Instagram post as they celebrated Halloween with their son Tristan, 21 months, and Tarek's son Brayden, 9. Tarek and Heather went as Peggy and Al Bundy from the iconic sitcom Married...with Children, posing outside with their two kids.
Tarek holds son Tristan, who wore a Los Angeles Angels baseball costume. Brayden posted in between Heather and Tarek, wearing a blue shark costume.
"Peg and Al Bundy taught us that true love is sharing the last piece of candy—and a lifetime of sarcasm. 🎃🤍," the couple wrote in their caption.

In September, Heather marked Taylor’s 14th birthday by penning a sweet tribute to the teen on Instagram, calling her a "bonus daughter."
“Tay, I can’t believe you are 14 today! It went too fast 😩,” Heather began her post. “You have grown up to be such a beautiful, driven, sophisticated young lady. I love watching you with Tristan and I am so lucky that I get to have you as my beautiful bonus daughter, I’ve loved every moment with you.”
"I love you so much, happy birthday sweet girl. 💗🥳,” she concluded the tribute.

The words accompanied a carousel of cute images of Heather hugging Taylor throughout the years, — including when Heather was pregnant with Tristan — while a few of the photos also featured Tarek and Brayden.
In August, Tarek shared a photo on his Instagram of his son Brayden as he started his first day of third grade. Posing in front of a white balloon arch with yellow, white and blue streamers, Tarek had his arm around his son, who wore a light blue polo and navy khakis.
On the other side of Brayden, Heather had an arm on her stepson, smiling as she wore big sunglasses and a black hat.
"How is our little Bray Bray already going into 3rd grade!! 😭 Parents..how is time going so fast!" Tarek wrote in his caption.
"We gotta slow it down because we absolutely adore this little guy. He’s sweet, charming and full of heart and we couldn’t be more proud!!"
