Netflix’s original series Selling Sunset is the perfect mix of luxe real estate and major drama. For the uninitiated: The reality show follows the real estate brokers of the Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles, California, as they juggle multi-million dollar listings as well as their whirlwind personal lives. The series stars real estate agents Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae El Moussa, Mary Fitzgerald, and Amanza Smith—to name a few. Now, if you breezed through the first three seasons, you're probably wondering what's next. Here's everything we know so far about Selling Sunset season 4, starting with the recently released trailer to get you pumped:

When will Selling Sunset season 4 premiere?
Season 4 of Selling Sunset will premiere on November 24, 2021.
Both Chrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald shared the news via Instagram.
Fitzgerald shared a photo with Stause in May suggesting that the show had begun filming. "We're back!!" she wrote, including the hashtags #sellingsunset and #netflix.
Stause also shared a series of photos with her castmates around the same time. "I love when doing things I love, with people I love, can be called "'work,'" she wrote.
Netflix confirms the cast for season 4 is as follows: Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald (and Romain Bonnet), Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, and Davina Potratz. Newcomers include Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.
What can we expect to see in Selling Sunset season four?
Christine Quinn... as a mom!
Christine Quinn announced her pregnancy in early 2021 and welcomed a baby boy on May 15. His name is Christian Georges Dumontet, and he's already featured in several of Quinn's Instagram posts!
Heather Rae El Moussa's relationship with HGTV's Tarek El Moussa
Since season three wrapped, Heather Rae El Moussa got engaged and married to Flip or Flop host Tarek El Moussa. If the previous seasons are any indication (as both Mary Fitzgerald's and Christine Quinn's weddings were featured), her wedding will be a major plot point in this new season. However, while we expect there will be a lot of chatter around the wedding in the Oppenheim Group office, we might not get to watch the actual wedding. In an interview with KTLA 5, Heather shared that she's "leaning more towards no," when it comes to featuring her wedding on Selling Sunset. (But feat not: It will get its own televised special).
However, when it comes to the festivities leading up to her wedding, that's still fair game. It appeared that most of the Selling Sunset cast was pictured at her engagement party in April (Maya Vander nor Christine Quinn were present; however, Vander's absence may be due to her new residency). Plus, Tarek will be allowed to appear on the show this season. (Previously, his contract with HGTV prevented him from being on the show. However, a special agreement has been brokered on his end for this new season. Netflix will make the final call.)
Chrishell Stause's search for love
Season three of Selling Sunset spotlighted Chrishell Stause's divorce from This Is Us star Justin Hartley—and unfortunately, it wasn't pretty. Post-divorce, Stause had linked up with Dancing with the Stars pro dancer Keo Motsepe; however, their relationship ended after three months.
Now, Stause is dating her Selling Sunset co-star Jason Oppenheim, which Oppenheim confirmed to Us Weekly in summer 2021. "Chrishell and I became close friends and it has developed into an amazing relationship," he told the outlet. "I care about her deeply and we’re very happy together."
Brett Oppenheim's new business
Brett Oppenheim quietly left the Oppenheim Group in between seasons to run his own brokerage similarly named Oppenheim Real Estate. His name has also been scrubbed from the Oppenheim Group's website. While we're unsure of what transpired between the twin brothers and provoked Brett to leave, Mary Vander confirmed to People in August 2020 that there is no bad blood between them. "They are very similar personalities, so they still work on some stuff together, I know that for a fact,” she said. "They get along very, very well. There's nothing bad over there."
TMZ reported that despite leaving the brokerage, Brett will still appear on Selling Sunset.
Davina Potratz's new role at a rival real estate company
In October 2020, Potratz announced that she was leaving the Oppenheim Group to pursue a new role at competitor company Douglas Elliman. "It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision," she said of her new venture. Netflix confirms she will still appear on the show.
The Oppenheim Group's second office
The Oppenheim Group is growing! Last November, Jason Oppenheim confirmed to Fox News that the Oppenheim Group would be opening a second office in Newport Beach, California. Jason will continue to oversee the Sunset Boulevard office, while Jason's high school best friend Matthew Peters will assume the role of managing broker of the office. The only agent that will work in that office is Heather Rae El Moussa. Both El Moussa and Peters currently live in the Orange County town, which is located over an hour away from the original office.
