Taylor Swift Scores Icy View At Freezing Chiefs-Dolphins Playoff Game Streaming Only On Peacock

Taylor Swift didn’t let the freezing weather keep her from supporting Travis Kelce as the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Miami Dolphins.

The temperature at Arrowhead Stadium dropped to -3 degrees Fahrenheit with potential wind chills as low as 40 degrees below zero. All eyes were on Swift when she arrived to the playoff game equipped with a jacket to keep her warm.

Swift donned a puffy jacket sporting Kelce’s number 87 along with his name on the back.

Later on in the game, Peacock’s camera locked in on Swift as she got a view of the game behind a foggy and icy window.

Ultimately, the Chiefs beat the Dolphins in a final score of 26-7.

The encounter between the Chiefs and the Dolphins was only available to stream on Peacock, which forced some to sign up to the streaming service to watch the game. Several complaints were made on social media of people having problems with Peacock not loading or suffering from eternal buffering.

The social media team running PeacockTVCare on X handled customers, but it’s not entirely clear how widespread the issues were.

The weather has been an issue with the NFL this post-season, with the league postponing a game between the Buffalo Bills and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

“I’ve been in communication with @NFL commissioner Roger Goodell regarding the dangerous conditions in Buffalo this weekend,” New York state governor Kathy Hochul wrote on X. “In consultation with our emergency response teams, @BuffaloBills leadership, and the NFL, the Bills game will be postponed to 4:30 pm Monday.”

The Bills shared a video of the conditions that Highmark Stadium is in, with a heavy layer of snow covering the field.
