'The Muppet Show' finally hits Disney+ on February 19th

Even Statler and Waldorf might approve.

Disney+

Disney+ is about to play the music and light the lights. All five seasons of The Muppet Show will be available to stream on the service starting on February 19th.

Until now, the classic variety show has been a notable omission from Disney+, where it’ll join the Muppets collection alongside movies, shorts and original series Muppets Now. It will mark the first time that seasons four and five have been available on home entertainment.

The Muppet Show, which first aired in 1976, featured guest hosts including Steve Martin, Elton John, Mark Hamill and Diana Ross alongside the Muppets. It should fit right in with the family-friendly ethos of Disney+. To get you in the mood to binge the series once it arrives, here's that iconic theme song. Good luck getting it out of your head any time soon.
