Three injured following Russian drone attack on minibus in Chernihiv Oblast

The Russian army attacked a minibus transporting people from a farmer’s market in a border village in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, Chernihiv Oblast, injuring three, the head of the Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported on March 22.

The attack was carried out via drone, Chaos explained.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that all necessary services are currently working at the site of the drone strike. They are providing assistance to the victims, providing medical care, and documenting this war crime.

Three explosions also rocked Semenivka, Chernihiv Oblast, the governor said. It is likely that the Russians used guided aerial bombs on the settlement.

Russians are systematically targeting the border areas of Chernihiv Oblast in northern Ukraine. Construction of fortifications near the state border is currently underway in the region.
