Time for a Deep Dive on Princess Beatrice's Rich Hot Fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi

From Cosmopolitan

You know what's fun? Setting your alarm clock for 4:00 am and dragging your poor, broken body out of bed because yet another royal is getting married. Yay! And while nothing could ever top Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding, Harry's cousin Princess Beatrice has decided to try her very best. She got engaged in late September, and now she's gearing up to say a very posh "I do" to her fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Due to the fact that Beatrice does not dominate nearly as many headlines as she should—I mean, her taste in hats is impeccable—chances are you have no idea who this dude is. And we're gonna fix that. Here's what you need to know about Edoardo, a man who is *just* as fancy as he looks:

He's a Multi-Millionaire Property Tycoon

Of freakin' course he is. Apparently, our dude is CEO of Banda Property, a London-based development and design firm that has very swanky style. Suffice it to say Beatrice and Edoardo's corner of the castle is gonna be lit. And by that, I mean it'll have really nice light fixtures.

His Family Is Verrrrry Posh

Edoardo moves in some pretty major social circles thanks to his famous family. His father is Alex Mapelli-Mozzi—an Italian nobleman who also happens to be an Olympic Alpine skier—and his late stepfather was Christopher Shale, an aide to Prime Minister David Cameron. Meanwhile, Edoardo's mom Nicola Burrows is currently married to sculptor David Williams-Ellis.

He's a Daddy

Like, an actual daddy. Turns out Edoardo has a three-year-old son from a previous relationship (and engagement!) with American architect Dara Huang. Might seem surprising, but clearly the Queen has no problem with members of her family dating people who have already been engaged/married (please see: Meghan Markle).

He's on Instagram

He Helped Found a Charity

It's called Cricket Builds Hope, and it's all about using "the spirit of the game as a tool for positive social change in Rwanda." The charity was actually the "brainchild" of Christopher Shale, and his friends—including Edoardo—set it up in his memory.

And Finally: He Goes By "Edo"

So if you ever meet him IRL please don't embarrass yourself and call him Edoardo, k?
