Tina Fey stress-eats because of Nazis and the KKK, calls Paul Ryan a 'p***y'

Tina Fey was stressing-eating the Klan away on Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update Summer Edition. The University of Virginia alum was taking Saturday’s tragic event in Charlottesville to heart, and she urged the public to not attend any of the scheduled alt-right rallies this weekend but instead, “Find a local business you support — maybe a Jewish-run bakery or African-American-run bakery. Order a cake with the American flag on it, like this one. And just eat it, Colin.”

Despite preaching nonviolence, things quickly escalated between Fey and the cake as she thought about how some of the alt-right in Charlottesville weren’t Klansmen but independent militias. As she shoveled cake in her mouth, she said, “Did you know there’s 250 well-armed militia’s across the U.S.? Ready mobilize at any time? Yeah. Guess what, they are not cops. No. They are not cops; they are militias, and they train themselves.”

When President Trump didn’t immediately call out the KKK, and then did — and then changed his mind again, she was upset with the Republican party’s reaction. Shw mentioned one Republican in particular, saying, “Where is Paul Ryan in all this? He’s supposed to be the cool young congressman, but you don’t know how to @ somebody on Twitter? Racism is bad @therealdonaldtrump, you p***y.”

Though stress-eating might not be the best way to deal with racism in America, it’s at least delicious. Fey closed out her stress-eating segment by saying, “Let these morons scream into the empty air. I love you, Charlottesville. As Thomas Jefferson once said, ‘Who’s that hot, light-skinned girl over by the butter churn?'”
