Tom Osborne acclaimed Liberal candidate for Waterford Valley

The provincial Liberal party announced Sunday that nominations have closed in two more districts for the upcoming election.

Liberal transportation critic Tom Osborne has been acclaimed as the candidate for the district of Waterford Valley.

Meanwhile, in the district of Grand Falls-Windsor-Buchans, both Al Hawkins and Rodney Mercer are seeking the Liberal nomination.

A vote will be held in that district on Tuesday to choose a candidate.

Those who want to participate in the vote must be residents of the district, over the age of 14 and a supporter of the party.
