Tories demand release of Winnipeg lab documents amid questions on employees' Chinese military connection

Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole said on Tuesday his party is calling on the federal government to release documents related to a Winnipeg lab that had employees transfer Ebola and henipavirus samples to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in March 2019. O’Toole said the documents also included information about scientists with relations to Chinese military having their security clearances revoked after the March transfer.
