Bente Skau was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia six years ago and was told that she had a month or two to live if left untreated. After months of grueling rounds of radiation and chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant was recommended. The two met recently in Toronto. Susan Hay has the story.
