Trudeau avoids question on what he knew about Gen. Vance allegations

Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa, Ontario on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked what he knew, and when, regarding allegations against former Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Jonathan Vance. Trudeau declined to offer specifics, aside from saying the processes in place were followed and that he's "pleased" the Canadian Forces will be launching a formal review.
